Throughout my career, the regional and national EPA offices enlisted me to build collaborative stakeholder relationships and facilitate concensus on contentious issues. I worked with states, agencies, tribes, and other countries, all with outstanding results and outcomes.

I find personal satisfaction when I help bring results and outcomes to stakeholders of all kinds. Please contact me so that we can discuss your needs and how, together, we can achieve your goals.

During my career with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, I was a scientist, project manager and facilitator. Sometimes managing projects could be contentious and meetings didn't always produce solutions or achieve desired results and outcomes.  I believed there was a better way and sought out conflict and dispute resolution, meeting planning and facilitation training.  I looked for opportunities to apply what I learned and develop proven skills in my own work.  Soon I was sought out to assist other agency program leaders.  The more I used these skills, the more passionate I became about my work and the more others relied upon me to teach their teams and assist them with their most challenging projects. This skill set eventually resulted in invitational travel all over the world: a Superfund information exchange with the German government; training the Guatelmalan government in Environmental Impact Assessment; and a special assignment in the Mekong countries through U.S. Agency for International Development.
